QUEENS "COME OUT AND PLAY" BASKETBALL EVENT

  • Saturday June 22nd, 2019
  • Time 9:30am to 2:30pm
  • Location: Bowne Playground (Union Street & Barclay Avenue)
  • Age Groups: Coed 9-11 (9:30am-11:30am) & 12-14 (12:30pm-2:30pm)
  • Registration by Email Only to queens@gmail.com
  • Once received email then we will send you back a registration form and waiver to fill out and send back to us. We will send confirmation if a spot is available.
  • Participants must be registered and submit a completed waiver in order to participate. Please only submit your form once, waivers will be sent with your registration form.

Building Healthy Communities

Building Healthy Communities (BHC) is an initiative of the Mayor's Office and the Fund for Public Health NYC and BHC seeks to work with local, public and private partners to improve community health outcomes in 12 neighborhoods across New York City by improving opportunities for physical activity; increasing access to nutritious and affordable food; and promoting public safety.
