INSTRUCTIONAL CLINIC

SUMMER 2009

 Continuing on our very successfull skills clinic program instituted last year- we will be starting up again in the Summer of 2009.It will provide fun football related activities for children aged 4 to 16. Participants will learn the fundamental skills necessary to better themselves in flag football, and will receive appropriate fitness instruction designed to improve their speed, agility and overall athleticism.We will have flag football related drills for players that are interested in improving their game or just staying sharp for the fall season. We encourage all quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers or anyone new to football who is interested in learning football and the passing game to come to our clinic. We will also be working very aggressively on flag pulling skills and flag avoidance skills. Our program will run every Saturday beginning  JULY 11 to AUGUST 29. Participants will be separated into similar age groups and times will be announced.
