Are you ready for some football?

NFL FLAG is a fun and accessible non-contact program for girls and boys ages 5-16yr old.
Sports have the power to transform athletes and unite communities. The NFL Flag Football brings sportsmanship, teamwork, and social skills amongst players.
This is an exceptional program for first-time players who want to learn the fundamentals of football and an opportunity for players who want to continue enhancing their skills before taking the next leap into tackle football.

What You Need To Know Spring 2025 Season : 
  • Season Begin Date: March 22, 2025 (Training Camp) , April 5th official start date.
  • Training Camp: Volunteering conditioning, stationary drills, scrimmage games and assign new players to teams.
  • 9:00am- 8U will jointly take part in conditioning activities, team practice/scrimmage game and assign new players to teams.
  • 10:00am-10U will take part in conditioning activities, team practice/scrimmage game and assign new players to teams.
  • 11:00am- 14U will take part in conditioning activities, team practice/scrimmage game and assign new players to teams..
  • Time n Day: Saturday between the time frame of 9 am -2 pm.(Make-up games are played on Fridays Evenings 4-6pm)
  • Younger divisions typically play earlier in the day while the older divisions typically play later.
  • Practice takes place once during the week or one hour before the game.
  • Coed Divisions Grades: (U)4 1st-2nd grade, (U3) 3-4th grade, (U2), 5-6th grade, (U1) 7-8th grade. Some exceptions will be made, base on skill level. 
  • We try to limit teams to 8-10 players to maximize playing time.
  • Registration Fee: $200 (Sign Up Now for early discount)
  • Team discount Price: Please call for more details. 
  • Participants will receive a Flag Football Jersey and flag belt.
  • 6-8 regular-season games and playoff round.

This is also a wonderful opportunity for players who want to continue enhancing their skills before taking the next leap into tackle football.
