1. Season Start Date: The USYL Basketball season begins January 6th. (Clinic and Team assignment)
2. Official Season Start Date: January 13th.
3. Location: The league will take place at St. John's University Staten Island Campus for grade division 
4. Length of Season: January through March with 6 regular season games and playoff. 
5. Day and Time: Most games are played on Saturday mornings between 9:00am- 2:00pm frame. Each game would last 1-hour. 
6. Aged Based Organization: USYL is a aged-based organization, players play in their designated grade division.8U, 10U, 12U and 14U
7. Gender: Coed Division only (If you have a 14U Girls Team please reach out to us and we can look into creating a league with 4 teams)
8. Practices/Game Schedule: We will provide practice opportunity outside game schedule, but in sharing availability format. Teams will get 2-3 practice opportunity outside of prior to the game schedule. More details will come later. 
9. Game Play: USYL game is 5 versus 5, with some rule adjustments for certain division. More details will be provided before season. 
   
10. Team Roster Size: Teams are comprised of 10 players maximum, limited exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
11. Season Fees: $165 Fees which includes game shirt, shorts and other equipment/offerings
