2026 Spring Manhattan Flag Football

Are you ready for some football?

NFL FLAG is a fun and accessible non-contact program.
Sports have the power to transform athletes and unite communities. The NFL Flag Football brings sportsmanship, teamwork, and social skills to players.
This is an exceptional program for first-time players who want to learn the fundamentals of football and an opportunity for players who want to continue enhancing their skills before taking the next leap into tackle football.

Spring 2026 Season Details: 
  • Season Begin Date: April 12th, 2026
  • Players Eligibility Grades & Age Base: Ages is based as of September 1st 2025.
  • U4 (1st and 2nd Grade) Ideal Age Group 5-7yr olds
  • U3 (3rd and 4th Grade), Ideal Age Group 8-9yr old
  • U2 (5th and 6th Grade), Ideal Age Group 10-11yr old
  • Players can always play up and players skills may come to play when decided on the eligible group
  • Time & Day: Saturdays 9-2pm or Sundays 12-5pm (more information will be announce as the season gets closer)
  • Location: East River Park, Dewitt Clinton Park or Pier 42
  • Younger divisions typically play earlier in the day while the older divisions typically play later.
  • Practice takes place once during the week or one hour before the game.
  • We try to limit teams to 8-10 players to maximize playing time.

  • Participants will receive an NFL reversible jersey and flag belt, theirs to keep!
  • 6 regular-season games and guarantee playoff round.

This is also a wonderful opportunity for players who want to continue enhancing their skills before taking the next leap into tackle football.
