2026 Spring Brooklyn Flag Football (Parade Grounds)

Are you ready for some football?

NFL FLAG is a fun and accessible non-contact program.
Sports have the power to transform athletes and unite communities. The NFL Flag Football brings sportsmanship, teamwork, and social skills to players.
This is an exceptional program for first-time players who want to learn the fundamentals of football and an opportunity for players who want to continue enhancing their skills before taking the next leap into tackle football.

Spring 2026 Season Details: 
  • Season Begin Date: March 9, 2026
  • First Game Begins: March 16, 2026
  • Players Eligibility Grades & Age Base: Ages is based as of September 1st 2025.
  • U4 (1st and 2nd Grade) Ideal Age Group 5-7yr olds
  • U3 (3rd and 4th Grade), Ideal Age Group 8-9yr old
  • U2 (5th and 6th Grade), Ideal Age Group 10-11yr old
  • U1 (7th and 8th Grade) , Ideal Age Group 12- 13yr old
  • High School , 14-16yr old
  • Players can always play up and players skills may come to play when decided on the eligible group.
  • Location: Parade Grounds Caton Ave Field 7, 8 or 10. Some games may be played at Marine Park (Saturdays) or Friends Field due to make up games or flex up schedule.
  • Time & Day: Sundays between the time frame of 8 AM - 2 PM (Make up games can be played on Saturdays at another location or doubleheader)
  • Younger divisions typically play earlier in the day while the older divisions typically play later.
  • Practice takes place once during the week or one hour before the game.
  • We try to limit teams to 8-10 players to maximize playing time.

  • Participants will receive an NFL reversible jersey and flag belt, theirs to keep! High School division will receive custom jerseys. (HS team must be created and confirm by March 1st or random uniform and sizes will be affected.)
  • 6 regular-season games and guarantee playoff round.

This is also a wonderful opportunity for players who want to continue enhancing their skills before taking the next leap into tackle football.
